REAL Basic utilizes The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner, 2012. Much has been written about leaders and leadership. The following leadership practices framework is based on research around the world. The research shows that this framework works in all kinds of organizations, large and small, for profit and not for profit, and in different cultures. Have confidence that the framework is sound. The five practices combine to produce a powerful impact within organizations by creating environments in which ordinary people achieve extraordinary results.
