On April 11, 2023 AMRC member Kelvin Roquemore graduated from the Addison’s Citizen’s Academy.

The Addison Citizens Academy provides a behind the scenes look at the Town of Addison’s operations. Participants learn the basics of municipal government through tours, activities and face-to-face interaction with Town leaders and staff.
Participants will be able to become involved in Town activities, serve on Council-appointed boards, commissions, committees, and task forces or will otherwise become involved in the Town’s governance.
The Academy provides an opportunity for citizens to learn about the Town of Addison government through first-hand experience and gain exposure to the wide range of services, functions, activities and issues.
