Joe is an experienced, licensed Landscape Architect and Park Planning and Development Manager with over 24 years of experience in the local government administration industry. He is skilled in managing public and private partnerships, budgeting, grant administration, aquatic park projects, site planning and overseeing professional service consultants and contractors. Joe graduated with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture focused on Landscape Architecture and Park Administration from Texas Tech University.
