Rotary Monthly Theme
September is Basic Education and Literacy Month
As Rotarians, let's see what we can do for basic education and literacy in our communities and throughout the world. Worldwide, 67 million children have no access to education, and more than 775 million people over the age of 15 are illiterate.

President at Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency
and Public Image Chair, Rotary District 5810.

Rotary’s Public Image is how Rotary is perceived by the world.  Rotary’s “Voice” is the unique tone and style in which we communicate.  There is no organization quite like Rotary.  By using a unified "voice" in all our interactions, we ensure our communications capture our distinct character — and how people experience Rotary.  By speaking, writing, and designing in one voice, our communications will look, feel, and sound unmistakably like Rotary.

Lone Armadillo Marketing Agency is passionate about providing honest and ethical marketing advice to business owners and professionals that will have a real impact on their bottom line.

Lynne is also a member of the Plano East Rotary Club.
Dry Erase Markers for Bush Elementary School
On September 10 Ms. Crowling, Principal Bush Elementary School speak to our club.  Again this year we are having a Dry Erase Marker Drive.  Bring dry erase markers for the teachers.  If you are unable to make the meeting and wish to donate dry erase markers, contact Nancy Williams.

Think: New Members
Think about who should be in our Rotary Club.  Who do you know that would benefit by joining Rotary?

Ask them to visit!
What should be on our new banner?

We are designing a new banner that represents our club.

What should we put on it that represents Addison?

A clock showing noon would be nice, but Addison does not have a clock.

Let Stan Herrin know what represents Addison!
