Carol Benavides (who owns Joe’s Pizza in downtown Carrollton) operates this event. It’s a great group of volunteers.

WHAT IS A PAUL HARRIS FELLOW?

Paul Harris Fellow recognition is given to anyone who contributes at least US$1,000 to the Annual Fund, PolioPlus, or an approved global grant. This recognition, which consists of a certificate and pin, can also be given on behalf of someone else. Rotary District 7170 has over 2,800 all-time Paul Harris Fellows. Not all of these are Rotarians. Several are friends or family members who were honored with a Paul Harris Fellow. More than 1.85 million people have become Paul Harris Fellows since 1957, including notable figures such as former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and polio vaccine developer Dr. Jonas Salk.

Please do not confuse the Rotary Foundation with the Addison Midday Rotary Club Foundation
