Nicole Binkley

Nicole Binkley is the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TRAC – the Transition Resource Action Center. TRAC connects young people ages 16–24 who are transitioning out of foster or juvenile care and their unhoused peers with the support they need to reach self-sufficiency.   Before joining TRAC, Binkley served as the COO at Austin Street Center, a 451-bed shelter in Dallas. Previously, Nicole held a leadership role at Metrocrest Services, a Carrollton-based organization that helps individuals and families stabilize their lives for a brighter future. She helped the organization through a significant expansion in services, increasing revenue from $6 million to over $12 million annually and leading a capital campaign. Binkley’s expertise spans corporate and foundation giving, grant management, capital campaigns, and operational restructuring and management to align resources with mission-critical objectives.

Binkley holds a Bachelor degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from the University of North Texas (UNT).

Binkley serves on the Advisory Board for the UNT Masters of Public Administration program, is Chair of the Alumni Engagement Committee, is a member of the Junior League of Dallas and has served as a Vice President of Communications, and has been recognized as a Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce Business Woman of the Year nominee. She is married to Jason, with whom she has two boys and they live in Lewisville.

RYLA: Selection of Schools and Student Campers; AMRC Involvement

A charter member of the Addison Midday Rotary Club, Jim Duffy is a past president of the Addison Rotary Club. A nine-time Paul Harris Fellow, he is a member of the Paul Harris Society, a Benefactor and a Sustaining Member of the Rotary Foundation. He is also active at the District level of Rotary. He is a past Assistant Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and District 5810 New Generations Chairman, and was twice the District Conference Chair. He received the District 5810 “Service Above Self” award in 2013, was named “Rotarian of the Year” in 2014 and received the “Service to New Generations” award in 2015.


He is involved with the Addison Midday Rotary Club’s Interact Club at Jesuit College Preparatory School. He has also served as his Rotary club’s Treasurer, Sgt. At Arms,
Foundation Chair, Club Administration Director and Youth Exchange Officer. Jim’s Rotary passion is Camp RYLA where he is a member of the District 5810 Camp RYLA Committee and Camp Operations Director. He has been involved in RYLA since he entered Rotary in 1991. He also has maintained perfect attendance since joining Rotary.


Outside Rotary, Jim retired after a career in the commercial construction and development business. Jim is married to Donna and they have two grown daughters, Shelleigh Rorie and Deena Martin, and one granddaughter, Laney Grace Martin.

Christine DeCoudreaux-Ngonga was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She is a Director of Public Engagement with ten plus years of experience in generating and managing large and small campaigns tailored to specific audiences. She brings significant experience in working as a communications specialist for nonprofits, publicly traded companies, and small businesses. Christine has an extensive background experience in public engagement, community outreach, event planning and marketing and public relations campaigns. She joined the DART Silver Line team in August of 2019 to assist in managing the various questions that are asked by the community for the Silver Line Project. Christine became the Community Engagement Representative for the Town of Addison and City of Dallas during the pandemic as members of the team retired and was then promoted to her current role Deputy Public Involvement Lead for the Silver Line Project. She has dedicated 6 years of hard work building relationships and connections with the various communities and partners along the 26-mile corridor to the Silver Line Project and is looking forward to the opening ceremonies later this year.

Service with a smile!  Join us on July 29th at noon at Metrocrest Services, 1145 Josey Lane, Carrollton - use the Food Pantry Entrance.  Enjoy a fajita buffet lunch, then we will create Homeless Kits.  Bring guests to learn what Rotary is all about, just RSVP by July 25 to be sure there is enough food.  I am treating for lunch!  So get your smile on!
